JigsawHoodie® Return and Exchange PolicyStandard Manufactured Orders
For standard manufactured items (print-on-demand or produced through our partners), you may request an exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.
If there is a printing error, visible defect, or quality issue, we review each situation case by case. To start an evaluation, please email hello@jigsawhoodie.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
Exchanges are only considered for items that are unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and still in their original packaging with tags attached.
We do not offer refunds on standard manufactured orders. When an issue is approved, we’ll provide either an exchange or store credit, depending on what makes the most sense for the situation.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the problem was caused by a production error.

One-on-One Custom Pieces
Our one-of-one custom pieces (handcrafted bleach, paint, or mixed-media designs) are treated as wearable art. Because each piece is unique and made specifically with this intention, all custom pieces are final sale. Refunds, exchanges, and store credit are not offered on these items.
If a custom order arrives with a clear craftsmanship issue (not related to wear, washing, or misuse), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at hello@jigsawhoodie.com. We’ll review the situation and respond individually.
